The FPIS Story
First Philippine International School (FPIS) was founded in 2010 and officially began operations in 2012. Established by a Filipina with a deep commitment to global learning, FPIS provides high-quality education to Libyan children and students of various nationalities. The school welcomes learners without restriction based on race, color, or ethnic origin, ensuring an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
With a curriculum patterned after the American school system, FPIS equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a global society. Academic programs integrate intellectual, social, spiritual, physical, and recreational development, fostering well-rounded individuals who uphold strong values and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Recognized and licensed by the Privatization Board of Investment and the Ministry of Education in Libya, FPIS operates as a legally established international school in Libya, continuously striving to shape future leaders and lifelong learners
